Daniel is the owner and process facilitator in the company Dialogik. He specialised within. Change management and change communication and he lives and breathes for working with corporate culture, dialogical processes and strategic communication in organisations during change. Daniel is used to working with project planning in various groups that has many different ideas, wishes and preconditions. Due to Daniel’s interest in processes and teams, he and Stina Ørgård have developed a board game, called Teamwork Tower™. With the game as the frame he facilitates dialogue about organisational changes in a fun and different way and the participants ends up with a clear plan for one or several new projects and as a team that is motivated and feels joint ownership.
